Scripts and invoices use domain prefixes (RX- for dispenses,
Rx- for clinical prescriptions) from the moment of create. Draft or
pending is a status, not a temporary number scheme. That keeps labels,
notifications, pickup counters, and audit trails aligned for the life of the document.
Prescriptions and dispenses are first-class financial documents on the shared invoice ledger - which is why stock, claims, and GL stay coherent without nightly sync jobs.
