Quick Dispense is designed for keyboard-speed work: till and currency, patient search, doctor/referrer (including MDPCZ register), multi-line medicines with dosage cyphers, optional refills, script photo or PDF capture, then Save → Verify → Collect/Pay.
Status is workflow - Dispensed, Verified, Collected, Awaiting POS, On Hold - while the script number stays permanent from the first save. Labels and dispense PDFs print at the till; unpaid shortfalls surface on POS without a second system.

1. Register or search
The patient is looked up once and shared by clinic, pharmacy, CRM, and billing - no duplicate profiles.
2. Prescribe or dispense
Clinic prescriptions issue as Rx- documents; pharmacy dispenses use the same catalogue and FEFO batches.
3. Verify & label
A pharmacist verifies the script, prints dosage-labelled packs, and advances status to collected or awaiting payment.
4. Bill & claim
POS, medical-aid capture, remittance posting, and shortfall handling all sit on the same invoice ledger.
5. Deliver (optional)
Verified dispenses can hand off to delivery trips with handling tags and OTP/signature proof of delivery.
